If your AED is in a cabinet, you will need to open cabinet.

Did the cabinet alarm go off? (If not you will need to replace the 9-volt battery in the cabinet. Refer back to our website for instructions).
Each AED should have a small bag attached that is known as a ready kit. This includes CPR mask, scissors, etc. Is there a ready kit?

If your AED is in a bag or case - please remove it for inspection.
