3 options to raise money and learn to save a life!
In an effort to encourage more people to learn CPR and give back to the PTA we are offering on-site and on-line courses. We then give back a percentage of each sale to the PTA of your choice.
Currently over 7,000 children die each year from Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). Estimates are that 70 of SCA victims get no help prior the arrival of an ambulance. Early CPR can increase survival rates from 5% to upwards of 25%. Introduction of an on-site AED program can increase those survival rates up to 70 or 80 percent.
Option 1 (On-Line Training)
Do you know where the AED is at your school? Do you know how to use it?
For as little as $20 you can learn!
50% of that goes directly to the PTA!
We do all the work; people pay for and sign-up directly on our site. We manage the rosters, logins, passwords, and communication. Students have up to 90 days after paying for course to complete it. $10 from each paid course is sent back to your PTA. Completion of this course doesn't confer a certification. To become certified we can hold a testing course at your school (additional cost) or the students can attend one of our testing sites.
Looking for on-site 2 year certification in CPR and AED?
In as little as two hours you can get a two-year CPR and AED certification from a nationally recognized agency. We will collect the money, provide the material, teach the class, and issue the certifications.
30% of the money raised goes to the PTA of your choice!
We print handouts or flyers free of charge, you post the material. Sign-up and payments are done directly through our site. You pick the night and supply the space. Our certified EMT, Firefighter, or Police Officers come out and teach a nationally certified CPR and AED course. Course takes about 2 hours to complete. Student must pass a written and practical exam to receive certification.
Do you know a business, church, preschool, or other association looking for safety training?
10% of all sales from class referrals goes to the PTA of your choice
Referral classes must be on-site at customer location with a minimum of 8 or more students. No other discounts or programs apply toward donation back to PTA.
