Our programs take a customized, low-cost, phased approach to safety training.
Phase 1: We review all of your equipment:
Counter-balance (propane and electric) Electric Pallet Jack (Walker and Rider) Stand-up truck (Reach and Standard) Manual Pallet Jacks Two-wheel Dollies (standard or fold-down) Shrink Wrap Machines Conveyor Safety Ladders and More!
Phase 2: Review your accident/injury trends
Phase 3: Review budgets and goals
Phase 4: Provide you a written layout showing time frame, suggestions, and agenda to help meet your mission.
Safety Equipment
Behind good safety training is good safety equipment!
Need an Eye Wash Station - not sure where, what size, or how many?
Lock-out; what does that mean and when do I need it?
First Aid Stations - have a challenge of keeping them stocked?
We understand the balance between safety, budgets, and meeting your goals.
Ergonomics / Lifting
This often starts with using the correct equipment the proper way. Most people have the correct desk or chair; they just have it position wrong . Long term back problems are not felt immediatley, yet developed from months or years of sitting on the right chair at the wrong height.
Same thing goes for most back injuries; in most cases the right equipment exists it just wasn't utilized or understood how to use.
We again take a phased approch: Phase 1: What equipment do you have and how it is being used Phase 2: What low cost solutions can we put in place Phase 3: What are the habits and behaviors Phase 4: Is there a need for different equipment Phase 5: Written plan to help meet your goals
In many cases simple reminders or adjustments to existing equipment can help reduce back, arm, and leg pain.
